Your server status can be gotten to and observed in your Hosting Dashboard. When you are signed in, you will see a tab on the route bar titled "Support." Click this tab and select "Server Status" starting from the drop menu. Presently you are seeing your server's status progressively.

Yes. If you currently have a VPS hosting account with us, you can upgrade to our dedicated hosting at any time by ordering a new server. For fully managed customers, we will migrate your data from your current account to your new server.
Yes. Every dedicated server hosting plan comes with Web Host Manager (WHM), which gives you complete control over creating and customizing your account, as well as managing all aspects of your server.
Each server can have our proactive Managed Services by on-site technicians added to it. Information about this service can be found on our Managed Services page.
Any of our “non-instant” dedicated servers can be customized however you want with thousands of possible options. We provide options from one processor to four processors, one hard drive to 100 hard drives, 8GB RAM to 1000GB RAM, and everything in between. Most fully customized servers deploy in less than 4 hours from the time we receive your payment.
We do not currently support the ability to create custom plans where resources can be increased independently. This means we cannot currently add additional SSD / disk space capacity to a plan.

The sizes that we provide logically bring resources together and allow us to most effectively distribute virtual machines across the backend.
No, but we encourage our users to enable one once their cloud server is setup.
